01 PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

As part of regular business, we collect and process the following personal data according to the purposes of processing.

Provision of services

We process data necessary for taking pre-contractual actions, concluding contracts and successfully maintaining business relations with business partners, that are users of our services (implementation services, strategic ICT consulting, etc.)

If our partner is a legal entity, we collect the following data: business contacts of business partner representatives and other individuals who act as a contact point (e.g. first and last name, address, e-mail address, phone number, company name, job title/function).

If our client is a natural person, we process the following personal data: first and last name, address, e-mail address, phone number, name of the company/trade, job title/function, as well as data required for billing (OIB/VAT ID, IBAN/number bank account and other information in accordance with applicable regulations).

In addition to our regular services, we also provide our potential clients with free consultations for which you can apply via the contact form on our website. For these purposes, we collect name and surname, workplace/function, company, country, subject of consultation.

In addition to being the data controller, Solvership d.o.o. also acts as a data processor of personal data of companies that are users of our services. In this case, we process personal data on behalf of and at the request of our users, which may include data about their employees and/or service users (customers, clients, etc.). Such a relationship is governed by a special contract that regulates rights and obligations in the processing and protection of personal data.

Conducting trainings and organization of conferences and other business events

For the purpose of organizing and holding educations, seminars, conferences and other business events, we collect personal data of participants, including name, surname, contact information, payment information and certificates of participation in educations or seminars.

The aforementioned data are collected within the framework of pre-contractual actions or on the basis of a contractual relationship with the participant of an education or business event.

For the purposes of promotional and educational activities, we can publish photos, audiovisual materials and texts from events on websites or social networks. You will be informed about the photography and/or recording of a particular event in a timely manner in the invitation. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in carrying out promotional activities.

Information about our services and future events (newsletter)

We keep the list of participants (name and surname, e-mail, company) of educations, seminars, conferences and other business events for the purpose of sending information about future events and informing about our services (newsletter).

The legal basis for processing your data for the stated purposes is our legitimate interest.

You can also voluntarily register to receive the newsletter via the contact form on our website. In this way, you have given us your consent to process your personal data.

If you do not want to receive the newsletter at any time, you can unsubscribe from the list of recipients via the unsubscribe link available in every received message.

Employment

When you apply for a job or internship with us, we process the following data:

name and surname, contact information, place of residence, and information about your education, previous work experience and any other information you decide to share with us in your CV or application, results of psychological and professional tests, information collected during interviews.

In the case of sending an open application (for a position that is not currently advertised), we process the information you decide to share with us in your CV or application when you express your interest in working at Solvership d.o.o.

For the purposes of the tender and selection process, we use the services of our trusted partners Moj Posao (TAU ON-LINE d.o.o.), TalentLyft (AdoptoTech ltd.) and Selekcija d.o.o.

We collect data directly from you when you submit your resume or application.

If you use business networks (e.g. LinkedIn) and your previous experience and education matches our needs and/or open positions, it is possible that we will contact you and inform you about open positions. In doing so, we rely on our legitimate interest in finding talented individuals.

In relation to the selected candidate who accepts the job offer, the basis of data processing is the legal regulations that regulate employment, i.e. taking the necessary actions before concluding an employment contract with the selected candidate, for the purpose of establishing an employment relationship and concluding an employment contract. At the time of signing the employment contract, the new employee is adequately informed about the processing of personal data by Solvership d.o.o. implemented as an employer.

Contact

Contact forms are available on our website through which we collect the following personal data: first and last name, position/function, company, country, area of ​​interest (type of service you are interested in). We will use the specified data to provide the requested information. The legal basis for this processing is your consent.

Records of visitors to official premises

We register visitors to our official premises in order to adequately inform them and direct them to the assigned meeting or training hall, the office of the responsible person or another location (e.g. in the case of visits due to maintenance work on premises, devices, etc.).

The aforementioned processing is also carried out for the purposes of protecting persons and property, and is based on a legitimate interest.

Legal and regulatory obligations

In addition to the purposes of exercising rights and obligations from the contractual relationship, we also process the personal data of business partners when it is necessary to perform our legal obligations in the field of commercial law, accounting, tax law and other applicable regulations.

02 DATA STORAGE TIME

According to the categories of data subjects, we store personal data for the following periods:

Business partners

Personal data of contractual partners (including contact data in contracts) are stored in accordance with accounting regulations. If the terms of keeping personal data are not determined by law, we keep them as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.

We may keep certain personal data, i.e. the associated documentation in which they are contained (such as, for example, contracts) longer than the moment of achieving the purpose for which they were collected, or even permanently, for the purpose of achieving our legitimate interest, which includes, with the possibility of achieving further business contact and the possibility of proof in case of possible subsequent objections, disputes and other procedures.

Attendees of trainings, conferences and other business events

We keep the data collected in this way until the purpose for which they were collected is fulfilled, and for a maximum of 3 years from the end of the year of the end of the use of personal data, i.e. from the end of the year of the conference/event/education.

Newsletter recipients

The data is kept until deregistration, after which we keep it for 2 years from the end of the year of deregistration for the purposes of updating the list of recipients and checking the accuracy of the data.

Candidates for employment

We keep the data of candidates for employment until the end of the selection process.

If you want us to keep your data longer than that, so that we can contact you to inform you about future employment opportunities, you can give your consent for the above when you apply, in which case we will keep your data for 2 years from the end of the year in which the competition you applied for ended. applied, i.e. 2 years from the end of the year in which you applied through open applications.

Visitors to official premises

We keep the data of visitors to official premises for 2 years from the end of the year of collection.

03 RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

We may also need to exchange personal data with third parties in the context of achieving the described processing purposes. These third parties are primarily:

  • our affiliated companies, or other members of the Solvership group, for the purpose of providing services provided by Solvership or affiliated companies or for the purpose of employment in one of the members of the Solvership group or in the case that one of the members of the Group is the data processor.
  • our other business partners with whom we communicate within the framework of the execution of our mutual business relationships (for example, our and your business banks or our processors such as accounting services, recruitment service providers during employment, tax or legal advisors, auditors, marketing agencies that we engage for the organization of certain promotional activities,
  • business partners participating in the organization of the event, providers of training and training services, etc.)
  • competent public authorities in cases prescribed by applicable legal regulations (for example, tax administration, courts, various inspections, etc.).

We require service providers and expert advisors who process the personal data of individuals as our processors to apply appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality and security of personal data.

04 TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE EU/EEA

Some of the above-mentioned categories of persons can be found in the so-called third countries, i.e. countries outside the European Economic Area, with the exception of Switzerland, which are not considered to provide an adequate level of personal data protection. In the case of transferring personal data to recipients in such countries, we will ensure an appropriate level of protection based on appropriate contractual and other mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.

05 DATA SUBJECT’S RIGHTS

Depending on the legal basis and method of processing, data subjects may exercise the following rights:

  • The right of access and copy of data;
  • The right to rectification;
  • The right to erasure (if there is no longer a legal basis for further processing or storage)
  • The right to object to processing based on the legitimate interest
  • The right to withdraw previously given consent for data processing (if applicable)
